1. License and Copyright

All code created by Tixyel is non-transferable. The client does not have permission to transfer, claim ownership, modify, share, or distribute the code without explicit written consent from Tixyel.

Tixyel reserves the right to showcase all completed work in their portfolio and on social media unless a confidentiality agreement is established and agreed upon by both parties.

Proper credit for the developed work is appreciated.

2. Delivery and Revisions

• Delivery Time: 5 to 25 days.
• Refund Policy: No refunds or cancellations are allowed after payment is made.
• Revisions: Bug-related revisions are free for 10 days after delivery. After this period, additional revisions may be subject to fees or denial.
• Deadlines: Can be discussed before project initiation and must be mutually agreed upon. Expedited requests will incur an additional charge based on project complexity.

3. Usage Rights

Clients are permitted to use the commissioned work on digital platforms, social media, and streaming services for promotional purposes.

4. Workflow

1. Consultation: Tixyel will gather details regarding project requirements, features, and design specifications.
2. Payment: Payment is required upfront via Wise to secure a spot in the queue.
3. Progress Updates: Once the client's turn in the queue arrives, progress updates—including screenshots and videos—will be shared.
